Return & Exchange Information

Products are only eligible for return/ exchange within 14 days upon receipt of the items. For any products that you wish to return/exchange, message us at acaciafitbyrosalind@gmail.com, include your order number and details on your return. Once email is received we will initiate the return process, and create a return shipping label to track products being returned. The refund will be issued in the form of a gift card from our online store. The refund will not be issued to initial form of payment or until products are received. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, if applicable, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Keep in mind some items, like gift cards, sports bras, body suits, lingerie, swimwear, undergarments, athletic two piece sets that are sports bra and shorts, are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Refunds will only be applied in the form of Acacia fit by Rosalind gift card, or in accordance with applicable local laws. All personal training services are not eligible for refunds. Personal training services are final sale and all sessions must be used or can be transferred to another customer. 30 days notice is required before canceling any personal training subscriptions.
